Main Bathroom with bath , over bath shower and toilet on the ground floor.
Living Room with comfortable sofas and a large TV. You can choose to watch the local channels or flick onto one of the Sky Channels including the latest Sky Cinema movies. A selection of games can be found in the unit under the TV for all to enjoy.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, Microwave, air frier, slow cooker , hob and oven. The cupboard is stocked with stater coffee, tea, sugar, herbs and spices. A selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, crockery and cutlery. The ideal space to cook for friends and family or your colleagues after a long day at work.
There is also a large 8 seater oak table to enjoy your home cooked meals at and is great to socialise around .
A 11kg Washing machine can be found in the kitchen for the laundry that needs to be done on that longer stay for contractors or business travellers. There is a clothes horse to dry the washing on. An iron and ironing board is also available to use.
You also have the pleasure of a large SHARED GARDEN. The Main House has its own section with a large outdoor table and chairs as well as a pergola with seating. The garden is sectioned off so The Annexe has its own private area.
Super fast Wi-FI throughout the house. Ideal to stream a movie or work from home. Each room also has a desk and chair should you need a private space to work at.

We had a fantastic stay! The check-in process was very easy and straightforward, with plenty of clear information provided about the property. Everything inside was spotless, modern, and finished to a high standard, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Having an ensuite with every room was a huge plus and made the stay even more comfortable. The host was also extremely helpful when we needed her assistance, which made the experience even smoother. Overall, this place offers incredible value for money – we couldn’t recommend it more highly!
